Tribute Element Hotel

The project, now known as The Dalmar, is a 24-story cast-in-place concrete building structure consisting of 323 hotel units and an integral cast-in-place parking structure in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

• Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL.
• Client: Tutor Perini
• Forming Systems:Tables and conventional post, beam and scaffold shoring.
• Scope: Turnkey cast-in-place concrete shell, furnish/install rebar and post-tension, pump/place/finish and complete masonry package.
• Size: Approximately 361,000-sf of elevated slabs.
